This is for all you pumpkin lovers out there. I’ve searched the web and found the best grain free pumpkin recipes for you. Why? Because I am totally obsessed!
I just couldn’t resist. I’ve been scouring the internet all weekend for new grain free pumpkin recipes to try out. I found pumpkin dessert recipes, savory pumpkin recipes, pumpkin for breakfast recipes, and pumpkin drink recipes. Can’t wait to try some of them out.
I’m a big fan of freshly baked pumpkin for my pumpkin recipes. I just love the rich taste of a sweet little sugar pie pumpkin. I recommend choosing small sugar pies as they have the best flavor. Here’s how I bake my pumpkins:
- Preheat oven to 400’F.
- Cut the pumpkin in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and stringy parts, and place skin side up on a greased baking sheet.
- Lightly oil the outside skin (I use coconut oil or ghee).
- Bake for 35-45 minutes on 400’F, or until fork-tender.
