Carroll Farm-To-Table is located in Ellicott City, Maryland on the original farm of our Country's Founder - Charles Carroll of Carrollton. We were founded on the concept of raising livestock the way Charles Carroll did back in the late 1700's - no hormones, antibiotics or other artificial additives that change the quality and taste. We like to call it "Traditional Taste".
Carroll Farm-To-Table is owned and operated by Camilla Carroll, Stephen Blaes, Michelle Melotti & Christopher Merdon. Our focus is on raising the best possible tasting pigs in their natural environment. With over 260 acres of woods to roam, our pigs not only get access to grasses, mushrooms, nuts, berries and other tasty morsels, but they get a heck of a workout running from one end of the woods to the other.
In addition to our woodland pork, we are very proud of our Red Angus cattle. We receive our steers from Majestic Meadows - home of Lazy MC Trooper - the National Champion Red Angus Bull. Our steers are raised on grass and are provided a minimal amount of grain daily. We do not finish our steer on grain.
This year, we are raising two varieties of pasture raised chicken. The traditional Cornish Cross and Red Broilers. We offer them fresh and frozen. Please contact for slaughter dates when fresh chickens will be available.
