Sustainables is a Traditional Food Market that carries only local and organic foods, the emphasis on local. Everything from meats, eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese, produce & fruit (when in season), bulk grains, spices and seasonings, healthy cooking oils, syrup, honey, sweets, nuts, cereals and much more. What Sustainables doesn't have is any connections to or is in support of conventional agriculture, factory foods and prepared foods. Sustainables' owner Caroline Foote, an organic farmer herself is committed to connecting local farms to their customers, which is one of the greatest challenges facing small, family farms.
