Processed through the Rancher's Meats in Bellville, the 42 cows on the farm are unable to produce enough meat, especially from the depleted pasture at the Hibiscus Hill Plantation, the source farm, so they buy from all over and sell without a verifiable link back to the farm or ranch where the cows were grown.
There is no verification in process, either by farmer market management where they sell, nor actually in the acquisition process, whereby they could assure you the cows they are processing are grass fed.
