Minimally processed farm fresh milk (cream on top) that makes only a 20 mile trek to the consumers table, \Cow to Cup\" in less than a day! Now that's LOCAL...once you try it you will know why we say.\"Spokane's Family Farm...is where milk comes from!\"" Fresh, local milk lightly pasteurized to the minimum temperature allowed to be FDA approved, yet healthy and unadulterated with cream still on top, just like in the good ole days! Spokane Family Farm recently started a CoOp in our city so we could get their milk for slightly more than the cheapest milk at the grocery store. They pasteurize their milk at a low temperature to keep as much of the good qualities in their milk as possible. I love that I can get the health benefits of minimally processed milk for a price that won't require me to sell my firstborn. The only con that I can think of is that they only come to my city every other week, and I don't have enough room in my fridge to store two weeks worth of milk. :)
