Shiitaké grown on wood logs directly in our forest, manual production, no chemicals or machinery.  Visitors can U-PICK in season (july through september).

BOAR raised in very large enclosures and feed local grown grain (oat, barley, corn), frozen meat cuts and GLUTEN FREE sausages available directly at the farm.

If you are in the Lower St-Lawrence region, and you want to visit a very original farm where you will meet the producers and get a close look at their Shiitaké production and boar raising, FERME NATURE SAUVAGE is the place to go. Producers speak fluent english, even if it is in a rural region of Québec.

If you are in the Lower St-Lawrence region, and you want to visit a very original farm where you will meet the producers and get a close look at their Shiitaké production and boar raising, FERME NATURE SAUVAGE is the place to go. Producers speak fluent english, even if it is in a rural region of Québec.
