Soutars’ Highland Farm CSA subscription cost: $500 –half full share (2-Vegetarian, 4+-Omnivore /person household) per season.
It is anticipated there will be approximately 16 to 18 weeks to the season barring Mother Nature sending us any major curve balls. Pick up is here at the farm starting the second Wednesday of June including such tasty delights of lettuce, spinach, rhubarb, Jerusalem artichokes and mint.
There is more freedom in time of pick up starting 2014 as all shares are picked up at the farm so there is no official closing time. In the early part of the season the variety and quantity of the weekly choices may be a little less, that being said as the season progresses quantity and variety will be balanced out. Deliveries will end the 2nd Wednesday in October.
A $200 deposit will reserve your subscription and the subscriptions will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. We are only offering a maximum of 10 subscriptions for 2016 season. (Other interested parties can add their names to the waiting list for the 2016 season). Balance remaining $150 due on May 1st and $150 June 1st.

We continually attempt new vegetables in the gardens so you may receive other surprises in your boxes throughout the season. We will also be selling excess vegetables from the gate at 1000 Tower Drive (as available). Once the vegetable season is finished we look forward to our clients coming up to the farm to capture their fresh cut Christmas trees in late November and December.
