We are a small family farm that specializes in growing Certified Organic Orange Bell Peppers and hard to find gourmet garlics. We take pride in the extra care we take to ensure highest quality and food safety.
We grow several types of Hardneck Heirloom garlics, all of which have a distinct flavor. Every step of the growing process, from sprouting seedlings, transplanting, weeding, pest management, harvesting, sorting, solar drying, processing; is all done by hand. Extra nutrition is administered to ensure highest quality and taste.
Fresh Premium garlic bulbs and garlic powder/salt blends can be purchased online. (avail mid to late summer until sold out, look for 2013 pricing and quantities late June)

My husband is the chef in the house. I never understood what the big deal was with this garlic. I love that it is USA grown, but didn't realize there could be such a difference in flavor. "softneck" garlic is what one gets at the local store. "hardneck" garlic is what high end resturants use, and our chef friends talk about it like they do fine wines, the various subtle flavors and such. When I do cook, I have had to start using less of it, as they are so strong. Now my favorite garlic is "siberian" hardneck as its the milder one and I use it alot raw in salads, etc
