The farm store is on-site (be a kid in a candy store!) and is mostly serve yourself. The long-running Great Blue Heron (Music) Festival is held yearly in July on the grounds of the farm. Green Heron Growers have great workshops such as foraging and fungus growing/inoculating.

GHG - Making You Feel Good About Where Your Food Comes From

Pros
Besides being pleasant good people, this farming couple produces organic, FREE RANGE & grass-fed products. They also have the best SHIITAKES (& other mushrooms & fungus products).
Cons
There're popular amongst chef & foodies! If you see them at a farmer's market, buy early before they run out of product!
