One of the top farmers markets in the LV to visit. Live music, lots of wonderful local farms, organic produce! -- you can't beat the Emmaus market! Lettuce alone, Gotschells, Pheasant Hill, Seed Farm and Red Earth are all organic-- support your local farmers :) enjoy!

This is a wonderful, family-friendly market. It is producer only, which means that the person you deal with is from the farm where the food was grown. In addition to fruit & veg (most of them follow organic practices, even if they aren't certified organic), you can usually find 2 or more cheese-makers, meats (beef, pork, buffalo/bison & poultry), eggs, fresh flowers, breads (there's even a gluten-free baker!), etc. Most weeks of the 'regular season' they have some sort of live entertainment- music, food demos, etc. Oh, and early in the 'regular season' a lot of the produce sellers have seedlings available- very healthy, diverse selection and mostly heirlooms.
