I look forward to this market every Saturday. Even on this holiday weekend (July 5th) I discovered a huge variety of veggies, plus some yummy cherries, all fresh-picked. My grandson was delighted to find one vendor selling mini-cheesecakes and another selling gluten-free baked goods. He enjoyed a free magic show (tips welcome) while I browsed for handmade greeting cards and hand-crocheted hemp fiber hats, all with great live music in the background. The parking can get a little tight, but I have always been able to find a space. I've been frustrated in the past by so-called "farmers' markets" with lots of crafts but few farmers; this one actually has great produce, organic meats and other interesting products. It's grown in popularity as the word gets out; the Margarita at Pine Creek Restaurant also offers breakfast items during the Saturday market.

This market is crazy fun to go to but get there early so you don't miss out! If you do happen to sleep in that day, you won't be at a total loss for there is a fantastic lunch being grilled on the patio and live music to energize your soul!
