Since 2001, the KDFM has been our community's number one market place for fresh local produce, dairy, meat, baked items and unique handcrafted items. Our 30+ vendors sell only what they make, grow or raise themselves, offering consumers the ability to communicate directly with producers while putting money right back into the local economy and supporting local farming and entrepreneuership. The KDFM is a marketplace with a mission. Not only do we work to get high quality, fresh nutritious food into the hands and bellies of our patrons, we also strive to educate our community about healthy lifestyles, food source safety, gardening, nutrition, and more--we even include the kids with our Little Sprouts Market Club. Through initiatives such as our double up SNAP program, we are working to combat food insecurity and strengthen our community around food.

This is a smaller to mid-size market with about 30 vendors. Everyone is always so friendly. If they don't have a specific item, they will gladly help you find a vendor who does. There's a club for kids and market basket program as well. Every Saturday they host local entertainers and have several nonprofit guests as well. This is one of the nicest little markets I have been to.
