I had the pleasure of touring this farm in early April and was very pleased with the cleanliness, quality, and their VISION on grass fed cattle (wagyu), chicken, turkeys, and pigs. They love their animals and treat them very well. The Wagyu is 100% grass fed and grass finished, never having to eat grains. This is great for people like myself who have Celiac Disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, intestinal permeability, etc and that have to eat GRAIN FREE! They are happy to show anyone around on their farm and they have such deep passion for what they do it really shows in the quality of the product they are able to produce. The USDA does inspect it and it is always stamped with their approval. Have not tried the actual steaks from their wagyu cattle yet, but I certainly will in the future.
