Huge community market

I visit this farmers market often and am glad I can do the first review. Since it is open year round they have food from both local and outside of Florida. I’ve gotten to know the farmers a little bit and they are very happy to sell their local produce and increase their income from reselling items they don’t sell. One of the great things is the farmers really know produce and seem to get riper better produce than the supermarkets. There are hundreds of booths here, I can’t imagine it ever being 100% full but there is a buzz here that really captures a community market feeling. There are some arts and crafts and some booths that import stuff but it is minimal and seems to just fill out the place a little. The prepared and specialty food vendors really make this place special. I love to sample a variety of food, and I never leave this place hungry. I do get most of my fruit, vegetables and seafood there. It is all indoors under an open air barn like roof. Place might be fun for kids, it’s decorated with cows and goats and farm stuff. A restaurant in back they serves all organic food including beer and wine, the Olive place has what seems like hundreds of types of olives and they infuse olive oil with every flavor. They have live music at both ends of the place, pets are allowed, lots of seating. When going I plan on at least 2 hours, but I have been able to get my veggies and out again in 15 minutes.
