I am a passionate cook with the aim of creating recipes that everyone can enjoy. Today, so many people have different diets, and face intolerances to some of the most commonly used ingredients in cooking. Because of this, I set out to make delicious recipes free from gluten, dairy, eggs, refined sugar and animal produce.
Another issue with these ingredients is that they are mostly over processed to cope with people’s demand for them, causing the quality of the majority of modern food to decrease. By removing these ingredients from my recipes, I have been able to replace them with more natural and nutritious ingredients, which not only taste great, but also create food that’s more beneficial to our health. This way, I’ve been able to make great tasting food that’s great for you too!
