She had never felt this good in her whole life and wanted to share this knowledge, her experience and stories of other very sick people who cured themselves via this lifestyle. Her Dutch book Rauw, Naakt en Gezond became a bestseller in Holland and in august this year her book was also released in English. Raw, Naked and Healthy is now sold in more than 15 countries worldwide! You can follow Suzanne Poot on Pinterest, Instagram, on twitter @SDPoot or like her facebookpage Rauw, Naakt en Gezond.

Hi, my name is Ursula.  I am not a nutritionist but a concerned mother, who has done extensive research, and developed creative ways to provide healthy and enjoyable fun food options. Please visit my page: http://creativeandhealthyfunfood.com

Most of my recipes are very easy to prepare.  I believe in cooking with fresh ingredients and try to avoid cans and boxes as much as possible.  Not all the recipes, smoothies, fun food ideas and/or snacks are my own creations but ones I’ve found and share.

The purpose of my blog is to give fun ideas for healthy meals the entire family can enjoy.  I believe that kids should eat the same food as adults. Creating these early food habits will teach kids to not only eat better and more variety of food, but also to share and enjoy time with the entire family.

I am a passionate cook with the aim of creating recipes that everyone can enjoy. Today, so many people have different diets, and face intolerances to some of the most commonly used ingredients in cooking. Because of this, I set out to make delicious recipes free from gluten, dairy, eggs, refined sugar and animal produce.

Another issue with these ingredients is that they are mostly over processed to cope with people’s demand for them, causing the quality of the majority of modern food to decrease. By removing these ingredients from my recipes, I have been able to replace them with more natural and nutritious ingredients, which not only taste great, but also create food that’s more beneficial to our health. This way, I’ve been able to make great tasting food that’s great for you too! I hope to inspire you with my recipes to begin a more wholesome and natural diet, so that you can enjoy food in the way it’s meant to be.
