McKel Hill, MS, RD, LDN is a internationally recognized Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, wellness expert, entrepreneur and creator of Nutrition Stripped, a guide to living whole and well.

Nutrition Stripped is a vast resource for healthy living including simple and nourishing recipes, nutrition expertise and topics, cooking videos and demos, and glimpses of her whole living lifestyle. McKel hosts supper clubs in Nashville seasonally, hosts workshops, retreats, and coaches and consults privately for high profile individuals, brands, and employee wellness in small businesses. William Marrow of HarperCollins will publish the Nutrition Stripped cookbook early 2016.

A busy working mom of two young children, she manages to balance working as a Nurse in the Emergency Room, counseling clients in her nutrition business and finding time to write about Real Food and Essential Oils.
