After being laid off from the corporate world, pregnant with my second child & armed with a degree in Culinary Arts from the Academy of Culinary Arts, Mays Landing, NJ and a specialty focus on healthy & organic cuisines, I wanted to venture into a passion that allowed me to follow my heart into a business where I could create a product that I am proud to serve my own family everyday!
