We are a local butcher shop and deli that sources our products almost exclusively from local small scale farms. All of our meat products are made in house using traditional curing, smoking and preserving techniques. We hold a high standard for our meats; all our animals are raised responsibly, and using organic farming practices, though most of our husband and wife farms are not certified organic. Our offerings change frequently based on the seasons and what good our farmers have for us each week.
