If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, then you’ve probably seen pictures of my banana pancake recipe. This has become one of my favorite breakfast meals. Whenever I get a craving for pancakes, I just grab a banana, 2 eggs and my blender. That’s all you need to make this wonderful treat!
These pancakes are great for anyone with digestive issues, food sensitivities, or anyone that likes pancakes! They are grain-free, nut-free, and dairy-free. Plus, they are a quick, easy, healthy breakfast.
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
Editors Note: When available please use Organic Bananas and Eggs from Local Pastured Chickens
- Blend ingredients together in blender or Nutri Bullet
- Heat coconut oil or ghee in pan and add batter
- Cook on both sides until light brown
- Optional- Top with pure maple syrup or raw honey if desired
Optional add-ins: cinnamon, almond flour, coconut flour, vanilla
I usually enjoy these pancakes with a couple of slices of turkey bacon. So good! Enjoy!
