Molly Patrick is the co-founder of cleanfooddirtygirl.com. She takes the boring out of healthy and specializes in the Whole-Food Plant-Based diet. Molly creates meal plans and provides weekly inspiration through her popular newsletter and blog. Molly grew up in a teepee in New Mexico and has never eaten meat in her life. She prides herself on being inclusive and never preachy or judgmental about food. 

 

Elaine Good has been a nursery school teacher, a mentor to teen girls, and a chef at market research facilities where, in addition to creating organic meals for her corporate clients she conducts controlled taste tests for everything from fruit to hot dogs for over ten years.

Elaine has also worked as a day chef at hotels, hospitals, celebrity events and a meal processing facility in Los Angeles. Eating at work put her taste buds and digestive tract on overload. Born allergic to dairy, Elaine began to develop gluten, dairy and sugar free recipes for herself. These meals became so refined that she tried them out on her corporate clients; it’s one thing to think you’re eating ‘diet food’ and another to compare it to what we think of as classic fine food. When the gluten, dairy, sugar and salt free meals were met with unsolicited rave reviews she felt confident enough to become a personal chef preparing calorie based meals for actor Bradley Cooper.

Elaine has a line of seasonings she calls HERBLENDS, which are salt and sugar free Fusions of Signature Flavors. Elaine also offers organic ‘Hands-On-Cooking Workshops’ and ‘Foodie Shopping Sprees’ in the greater Los Angeles area.

I am a passionate cook with the aim of creating recipes that everyone can enjoy. Today, so many people have different diets, and face intolerances to some of the most commonly used ingredients in cooking. Because of this, I set out to make delicious recipes free from gluten, dairy, eggs, refined sugar and animal produce.

Another issue with these ingredients is that they are mostly over processed to cope with people’s demand for them, causing the quality of the majority of modern food to decrease. By removing these ingredients from my recipes, I have been able to replace them with more natural and nutritious ingredients, which not only taste great, but also create food that’s more beneficial to our health. This way, I’ve been able to make great tasting food that’s great for you too! I hope to inspire you with my recipes to begin a more wholesome and natural diet, so that you can enjoy food in the way it’s meant to be.
